Refund Policy

This refund policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service of the site www.amoraplus.it and applies to all purchases made online.

1. Right of Withdrawal (for consumer customers)

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) , you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason .

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must not have been opened or used .

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging , intact and complete.

  • The withdrawal must be communicated using our contact form indicating the order number and the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal:

2. Return Procedure

Once the withdrawal request has been received:

  • We will provide you with instructions for making the return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method: we are not responsible for lost returns.

3. Refund Times

After receiving and verifying the integrity of the returned product:

  • Refund will be issued within 5-10 business days .

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Any additional costs incurred for express delivery (if requested by the customer) will not be refunded.

4. Non-refundable products

No refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened or used .

  • The product was damaged or tampered with after delivery.

  • The request was made more than 14 days after the date of receipt.

5. Defective or damaged items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact form https://amoraplus.it/pages/modulo-di-contatto , attaching photos of the damage. We will provide a refund or a new shipment at no additional cost.
